Dave is a corporate communications consultant and owner of Layman Communications in North Kingstown. Over the years, he became familiar to southern New Englanders as an award- winning evening news anchor, managing editor and reporter for NBC10 (WJAR-TV), ABC6 (WLNE-TV). He also held similar positions at some of the top TV stations across the country, including Dallas, St. Louis and Minneapolis.

"He is that rare public servant who can be tough, compassionate, determined, civil and honest--all at the same time.
